摘　　要：目的:探讨北京社区卫生服务机构"零差率"政策实施的具体情况及存在的问题。方法:对2007-2010年来《北京社区卫生服务基本用药目录》"零差率"药品的增补进行统计、分析;结合文献资料和具体实施中存在的问题提出建议。结果与结论:"零差率"政策降低了药价,部分缓解了"看病难、看病贵"的难题;在执行过程中,还需要不断完善政策和补偿机制。To probe into the implementation and problems of zero-profit drug policy in Beijing community health service center. METHODS： The changes of zero-profit drug list from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed. Some proposals were put forward on the basis of literatures and the problems. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS ： Zero-profit drug policy has depressed the drug price and part relaxed the difficult problem of getting medical service. It still need to consummate the compensate mechanism and oolicv. Some oroblems still need to solve.
