摘　　要：本文报告了我国灰黑库蠓种团灰黑库蠓组的表皮碳氢化合物分析研究结果。应用气相色谱分析发现咸沼库蠓、灰黑库蠓和刺螫库蠓雌虫表皮碳氢化合物的组分数不同。3种库蠓共有组分含量也有差异。3种库蠓各组分含量的聚类分析发现咸沼库蠓与刺螫库蠓最近缘,从生化分析上支持了Ⅰ形态分类和Ⅱ数值分析研究结果。 本项研究基本解决了我国灰黑库蠓组在分类上长期存在的疑难,为我国该组蠓种分类提供了新的依据。The results are reported in the paper of the study of the G C ananlysis of the culticular hydrocarbons of the Culicoides pulicaris section Culicoides pulicaris group in China. It is showed that there are different numbers of components and different quantities of the shared principal component of culticular hydrocarbons among the there nember of C. pulicaris ,C. punctatus and C. halophilus,and it is found that C. halophilus is close to C. punctatus through cluster analysis of the content of principal components of culticular hydrocarbons. That is similar to the results of morpblogical and numeral taxonomy. This study has basically solved the long existing probliems in the taxonomy of the Culi coides pulicaris section in China,and provided new evidente of such taxonomy.
