摘  要:以迁钢RH炉为背景,通过RH真空处理脱碳数学模型研究了不同真空压降模式对整体碳含量的影响。模型计算结果表明,真空度提高越快,脱碳反应的脱碳速率越大,所得到的终点碳含量也越低,真空度达到5kPa的时间提前3min,终点碳的质量分数可降低20×10-6左右;真空压降平台出现前后,整体脱碳速率分别出现峰值的变化;消除真空压降平台后增加了2个峰值之间的脱碳速率,达到了在较短时间内获得更低碳含量的目的。Based on the RH equipment of Shougang Qian'an Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the effect of different vacuum pressure drop patterns on carbon content was investigated through the mathematical model of RH vacuum decarburization.The calculated results show that: if vacuum degree is improved faster,the greater decarburization rate and the lower endpoint carbon content can be obtained.The time can shorten 3 minutes for the vacuum degree with 5 kPa,and the endpoint carbon content can be decreased to 20×10-6.Before and after the appearance of vacuum pressure drop platform,peak value of overall decarburization rate is changed respectively.After the vacuum pressure drop platform was eliminated,the decarburization rate between two peaks was increased.The purpose of obtaining lower carbon content in a relatively shorter time was reached.
