摘 要:以工业钛液为原料,水热合成高活性多孔TiO_2,采用XRD、SEM、粒度分布、FT-IR和比表面分析对样品进行表征,并以亚甲基蓝光催化降解体系评价其光催化活性。结果表明,随着水热时间延长,样品的晶粒尺寸逐步增大,比表面积先增大后减小,光催化活性也呈现先增大后减小趋势;随着水热温度增高,样品晶粒尺寸逐步增大,光催化活性呈先增大后减小趋势。140℃水热合成3h所得多孔TiO_2光催化活性最佳,对亚甲基蓝降解率达90.5%。Using commercial titanyl sulfate solution as the raw material, porous TiO2 with high photocata- lyric activity was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD, SEM ,particle size distribution, FT-IR and specific surface area determination, and its photocata- lytic activity was evaluated with methylene blue. The results showed that with the increase of hydrothermal synthesis time, the crystal size of the samples increased gradually, and surface area and photocatalytic deg- radation rate first increased and then decreased. With the increase of hydrothermal synthesis temperature, the crystal size of the samples increased, and photocatalytic activity first increased and then decreased. Porous titania prepared at 140 % for 3 h exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity, and methylene blue degradation rate of 90.5 % was attained.
