摘　　要：目的:为脑肺吸虫病的临床诊断提供简便、有效的方法。方法:采用斑点ELISA法与ELISA法对脑肺吸虫病人血清抗体的检测。结果:斑点ELISA法和ELISA法敏感性和特异性分别为96.7％、93.3％,无显著差异。对其他人群的检测交叉反应较低。结论:两种方法均可作为脑肺吸虫病的临床诊断,但比较显示,斑点ELISA法简便、快速,敏感性、特异性较高,更具临床实际应用价值。AIM:To provide simple and useful method for the clinical immunodiagosis of cerebral paragonimiasis. METHODS:Detection of serum antibody in cerebral paragonimiasis patients using Dot - ELISA and ELISA. RESULTS:The sensitivity and specificity of both methods (Dot-ELISAand ELISA ) were 96. 7%and 93. 3%respectivety, without obvious statistic defference. cross reaction occured in some degree with sere from schistosomiasis cas- es.
