摘 要:阐述了火电厂600MW机组石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫系统吸收塔浆液溢流的危害,分析了吸收塔浆液溢流的原因,主要是石膏浆液品质差、氧化风量不合理、浆液循环泵、浆液喷淋的影响,溢流管接口位置布置不合理等。通过适当降低运行液位、合理布置吸收塔溢流管道等措施解决了吸收塔浆液溢流问题,确保脱硫系统稳定运行。The damage of slurry overflow from the absorber of the limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization system in thermal power plants were described.The reasons of the overflow were analyzed from the cause of the absorber slurry bubble,operation mode,etc.The main factors resulting in the slurry overflow from the absorber included poor quality of gypsum slurry,unsuitable sudden change of oxidation air,four slurry cycle spray pump in operation and unreasonable overflow pipe interface settings.In order to solve the problems of slurry overflow from the absorber in wet flue gas desulfurization,some reasonable countermeasures were taken by way of lowering the operation level properly,arranging the overflow pipe of absorber reasonably and others.The stable opertion of WFGD system was ensured.
