摘 要:在用同位素源激发的能量色散X射线荧光(EDXRF)方法分析样品时,装置中的激发源、探测器和样品之间的几何条件对测量效率有一定的影响.本文使用EDXRF分析谱仪,采用不锈钢窗^(241)Am源激发BaSO_4样品;对影响测量的因素:样品直径、激发源与样品之间的几何角度、激发源与探测器之间的横向距离进行了研究.得到:随样品直径的增大,最佳激发源角度逐渐减小,当样品直径增大到一定大小后,最佳角度不随样品直径的继续增大而变化,基本为一稳定值;由于"在线"分析需要,需要增大激发源和探测器之间的横向距离,而最佳激发源角度随横向距离的增加呈线性增长.When samples are analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) with radioisotope excitation source, the geometric locations among excitation source, detector and sample have influence on measuring efficiency. In this paper, BaSO4 samples are measured by way of EDXRF spectrometer with 241 Am radioisotope source of stainless steel. The influence factors are studied: sample diameter; geometrical angle between excitation source and sample; horizontal distance between excitation source and the detector. It is shown that: The optimum angle of excitation source gradually decreases with the increase in sample diameters, the optimum angle is nearly independent of the diameter change after the sample diameter increases to a certain size; Due to the necessity of online analysis, the horizontal distance between excitation source and detector has to be increased, and the optimum angle of excitation source experiences linear increment when the horizontal distance expands.
