摘 要:构建了BnD11过量表达载体pFGC5941-BnD11,转化甘蓝型油菜"1821"品系获得转基因植株.半定量RT-PCR分析显示转基因植株中BnD11基因的表达量有显著提高,盐胁迫实验结果初步显示,转基因油菜抗性得到提高.The rape‘1821' was transformed by Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA105 containing the plant expression vector pFGC5941 barboring BnDll gene in sense orientation. Semi-quantity RT-PCR analysis result showed the expression level of BnDll in the transgenic plants was higher than that of wild type, respectively. In order to investigate the effect of BnD11 gene on NaC1 tolerance in Brassica napus, the content of malondiadehyde in the leaves of transgenic plants and wild type were studied under NaC1 stress. The results showed that the transgenic plants were more adaptable to NaC1 stress than the wild type.
