摘 要:对甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)短花序突变株系"M112"的不同时期野生型、突变体亲本及F_1代不同器官的过氧化物同工酶(POD)进行遗传分析,并对随机选取的60株具有突变性状的苗期F_2代群体的茎进行过氧化物同工酶(POD)分析.结果表明:野生型和突变体亲本在茎部POD电泳图谱R_f 0.264处条带具有稳定的差异,所选的60株F_2代群体中有56株的带型与突变体亲本相同,说明短花序突变性状与上述POD特征酶谱连锁紧密,并可以稳定遗传.同时选取F_2代具有突变性状植株303株作为该突变基因的SSR分子标记分析群体,最终从分布于甘蓝型油菜19个连锁群的121个SSR标记中筛选到了标记Na12-C06,标记与该突变位点连锁较紧密,遗传距离为9.8cM.Genetic marker analysis on Peroxidase isozyme (POD) for stems of the stumpy inflorescence mutant (Brassica napus L. ) was carried out with populations of a stumpy inflorescence mutant, its normal wild-type and their F2 progenies at seedling stage. The result showed that there was a stable difference at Rz 0. 264 on the POD pattern between wild-type and mutant parents, and 56 of 60 plants with mutated trait from F2 population of the stumpy inflorescence mutant and its normal wild-type, had the same bands. At the same time, 303 F2 progenies with mutant character were analyzed for mutated loci mapping with 121 SSR markers on 19 linkage groups. Results indicated that the SSR marker Na12-C06 is closely linked to the mutant gene with a genetic distance of 9.8cM.
