摘  要:目的了解成都市放射工作人员2010年个人放射剂量水平,并探讨个人剂量分布的人群特征。方法 2010年对2 352名成都市放射工作从业人员进入监测队列。采用热释光剂量测量方法对成都市放射工作人员进行监测,用SPSS18.0进行数据分析。结果 2010年,成都市放射从业人员年人均有效剂量为0.769 mSv/a,年集体剂量为1.81人Sv,年有效剂量小于5 mSv/a的人员有2 310人(98.19%),有41人(1.96%)的剂量在5 mSv/a~20 mSv/a,有1人(0.04%)的剂量超过20 mSv/a,无人员超过年50 mSv/a国家标准规定放射工作人员年剂量限值。年有效剂量排列前3位的放射工种分别是介入放射学1.41 mSv/a、核医学0.910 mSv/a、工业探伤0.838 mSv/a。结论成都市放射工作人员中介入放射学所受到剂量照射明显高于非介入放射工作人员,介入工作的辐射防护将是今后防护工作关注的重点。Objective To understand the average individual level of radiation workers in Chengdu and explore the population characteristics of individual dose distribution.Methods A total of 2 352 occupational subjects exposed to ionization radiation in Chengdu were recruited in monitoring cohort in 2010.Individual exposure dose were monitored by Thermoluminescent Measurement.And the data was analyzed by SPSS 18.0.Results In 2010,the average individual exposure effective dose of ionization radiation among occupational subjects was 0.769(mSv/a.year)and the total level was 1.81(personSv per year).2310 subjects(98.19%) were under the level of 5 mSv/a.year,41(1.96) were at the level between 5-20 mSv/a.year,and only 1 subject(0.04%) was over the level of 20 mSv/a.year.No staff was over the limit of 50 mSv / a.year,which is national standard annual dose for radiation workers.The top 3 risk occupations with annual effective radiation exposure dose were interventional radiology(1.41 mSv/a.year),nuclear medicine(0.910 mSv/a.year) and industrial crack detection(0.838 mSv/a.year).Conclusion The radiation exposure level of the employees in interventional radiology was higher than other occupational population,thus the ratiation protection of them should be focused in the future.
