康惠尔透明贴治疗家庭病人Ⅰ～Ⅱ期压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康惠尔透明贴治疗家庭病人Ⅰ～Ⅱ期压疮的效果。方法选择35例Ⅰ～Ⅱ期压疮卧床的家庭病人,随机分为实验组18例(23处)和对照组17例(22处)。实验组采用康惠尔透明贴治疗压疮,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组病人治疗效果及治疗时间。结果实验组治疗总有效率为100.0%,对照组为68.2%,实验组治疗时间为(7.7±2.1)d,对照组为(10.8±2.7)d,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论康惠尔透明贴治疗家庭病人Ⅰ～Ⅱ期压疮效果良好,能缩短治疗时间,提高治疗效率,减轻病人痛苦,从而提高病人生存质量,节约医疗成本和人力资源。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Comfeel transparent dressing on phase I～II pressure ulcers in family patients.Methods 35 patients with phase Ⅰ～Ⅱ pressure ulcers in family patients were divided into two groups randomly：experimental group（n = 18,23 ulcers） and control group（n = 17,22 ulcers）.The experimental group was treated with Comfeel transparent dressing and the control group by traditional method.The curative effects and the healing time were compared.Results The total effective rates in the experimental group and in the control group was 100.0% and 68.2%,respectively.The healing time for the experimental group and the control group was（7.7 ± 2.1）d and（10.8 ± 2.7） d,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Comfeel transparent dressing may achieve satisfactory outcome in treatment of phase Ⅰ～Ⅱ pressure ulcers in family patients,shorten the cure time so as to improve cure rate and alleviate the sufferings in patients.
