分级制服药管理模式对精神分裂症患者服药治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分级制服药管理模式对日间医院精神分裂症患者服药治疗依从性的影响。方法选择病情稳定转到日间医院的240例精神分裂症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各120例。两组均进行常规的服药治疗指导,研究组在此基础上实施分级制服药管理模式,时间3周。采用自知力及治疗态度问卷调查量表分别在患者进入日间医院第1d(干预前)及研究结束前(干预后)对患者进行测评。结果干预后研究组患者自知力及治疗态度问卷调查量表得分高于干预前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01),分级制服药管理模式可提高患者服药治疗的依从性。结论对精神分裂症患者实施分级制服药管理模式,可使患者产生强烈的责任感,使其发挥个人潜能,提高独立生活和照顾自己的能力,培养和提高其服药治疗依从性。Objective To study the influence of classified medication management model on the treatment compliance of schizophrenic patients in day;time wards.Methods 240 patients with schizophrenia in a stable condition selected for day care wards were randomly divided into the study group and control group with equal number.Both groups received discharge instructions before discharge.The study group received classified medication management model.The patients were assessed before and after intervention using the questionnaires of Insight and Treatment Attitude.Result The score by classified medication management model after intervention was significantly higher than before intervention（P 0.01）,indicating classified medication management mode improved medication compliance of the patients.Conclusions The classified medication management mode may help the patients to gain a strong sense of responsibility,play to their potential,enhance the capacity of living independently and taking care of themselves.As a result,it may develop and improve the medication compliance of schizophrenia patients
