人性化护理在小儿麻醉诱导中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理在小儿麻醉诱导中的应用效果。方法选择2010年1月～2011年2月本院手术麻醉科实施麻醉诱导的患儿70例,按照麻醉时间的单双日分为对照组和实验组,每组各35例。对照组麻醉诱导期间实施常规护理,实验组在此基础上进行人性化护理,比较两组患儿在麻醉诱导期间配合程度的差异。结果实验组患儿麻醉诱导期间配合程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻醉诱导期间患儿会出现一系列的心理反应,采取针对患儿心理问题的人性化护理干预措施能有效稳定患儿的情绪,使其顺利配合麻醉诱导治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing in children anesthesia induction.Methods From January 2010 to February 2011,70 patients were randomized in equal number into experimental group and control group in operating room of a stomatological hospital.The control group was nursed routinely,while the experimental group received humanistic nursing.The two groups were compared concerning the cooperation in anesthesia induction.Result The cooperative rate in induction in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion In case of psychological reactions in children during the anesthesia induction,humanistic nursing can soothe them effectively and gain their cooperation.
