临床护理路径在声带息肉患者围术期健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在声带息肉患者围术期健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2010年7～11月本科室收治的80例声带息肉患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组围术期按照传统方法实施健康教育,观察组围术期采用临床护理路径实施健康教育,比较两组患者对健康教育知识的知晓率、对护理工作的满意度、住院时间及医疗费用的差异。结果观察组健康教育知识知晓率和对护理工作的满意度高于对照组、住院时间短于对照组、医疗费用低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径对围术期声带息肉患者实施健康教育,使护士能根据路径落实患者的每一项宣教内容,从而提高声带息肉术后患者的健康教育质量,降低医疗费用。Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing pathway（CNP） on the health education to the patients with polypectomy of vocal cords.Methods 80 patients undergoing polypectomy of vocal cords were evenly divided into CNP group and control group randomly.The CNP group received the health education by clinical nursing pathway and the control group received the health education conducted by traditional nursing.The two groups were compared as regards efficiency of health education,satisfaction rate of care,length of stay and hospitalization charge.Result There was significant difference between the groups in the efficiency of healthy education,satisfaction rate of care,length of stay and hospitalization charge（all P 0.05）.Conclusions The application of clinical nursing pathway in health education among patients with polypectomy of vocal cords is new and necessary for the modern nursing.It can improve the quality of health education and reduce hospitalization charge.
