摘　　要：目的：了解血小板α颗粒膜蛋白１４０（ＧＭＰ１４０） 和血浆血栓烷Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２） 与高血压病的关系。方法：观察３３ 例高血压病患者和２２ 例正常人的ＧＭＰ１４０ 在血小板膜表面的分子数和血浆中的含量，并同时测定ＴＸＢ２ 含量。结果：发现高血压病患者血小板膜表面ＧＭＰ１４０ 分子数和血浆中ＧＭＰ１４０ 含量，血浆ＴＸＢ２ 显著高于正常对照组。未发现ＧＭＰ１４０ 与ＴＸＢ２ 在高血压病患者异常变化中的线性相关性。Aim: To study the relations between the activation of platelet and the hypertension.Methods: The platelet membrane microparticles of α granule membrane protein (GMP) 140 and the concentrations of plasma thromboxane of plasma GMP 140, and the concentrations of plasma thromboxane B 2(TXB 2) were measured in 33 patients with hypetrension and compared with those of 22 normal subjects.Results: The levels of platelet membrane micropatricales of GMP 140 and concentrations of plasma GMP 140 and concentrations of TXB 2 in patinets with hypertension were significantly higher than those of normal subjects. Linear relation between GMP 140 and TXB 2 in patients with hypertension relativity was not found.Conclusion: The abnormalities of activation of platelet and metabolism of arachidonic acid in platelet may play two important different roles in the hypertension.
