摘　　要：以我国证券交易所为对象,分析证券交易所治理现状、问题及其经营、监管中的激励协调,旨在考察我国证券交易所经营与监管激励失衡的内在成因及其协调对策。研究表明,为在政府监管机构和社会公众面前建立良好的声誉,交易所将采取不完全监管的策略。With China＇s stock exchanges as its target, this paper analyzed management status quo, problems and promptings coordination between its management and supervision, aiming to find out the internal causes of imbalance between management and supervision promptings in stock exchanges in China and the corresponding countermeasures. Researches show that in order to establish a good fame in government supervisory institutions and the public, stock exchanges will adopt strategies of incomplete supervision.
