摘　　要：核心军事能力建设事关打赢信息化条件下局部战争的能力。文章运用系统思维的方法对核心军事能力的本质和特征进行了分析,在此基础上提出了加强核心军事能力建设必须侧重在武器装备创新、编制体制调整、强化灵活机动的战略战术演练和加强战斗精神培育四方面入手。The core of military capability construction is important to fight and win local wars under conditions of informationalization.This article is based on the system thinking analysis of the nature and characteristics of core military capability,taking the following four aspects of stepping up building of the core of military capability,which of innovation in weaponry,adjusting and reforming the military＇s structure and staffing,flexible strategy and tactical traning,cultivating the fighting spirit.
