摘　　要：图书馆中文图书招标采购评价是保证图书馆中文图书采购质量的重要手段。但公正、合理的对图书供应商进行评价的前提就是建立一整套科学有效的评价指标体系。本文参照国内外学术界在招标采购的一些基本理论和测评方法,结合高校图书馆自身的特点,初步建立起高校图书馆中文图书招标采购书商评价指标体系。Library book purchase tender evaluation is an important means to ensure the quality of the book purchasing.A fair and rational evaluation for the supplier of the books is based on the premise of building a completely scientific and effective evaluation standard system.This essay refers to some basic theories and measuring methods in relation to bidding purchase both in domestic and international academic field.By integrating the features of college library into the study,the author hopes to preliminarily build bidding evaluation standard system for suppliers of college library.
