摘　　要：本文分析了科研单位图书馆信息服务工作的现状与优势,并结合科研人员对信息服务的要求,提出了科研单位信息服务创新的策略;结合实际工作,从开拓网络资源、收集地方文献开发馆藏、发挥单位自身人才优势及建立培训激励机制方面,总结了在图书馆信息服务工作中的创新经验。The paper analyzes the current status and the advantages of the information service of libraries in scientific research institutions,points out the strategies for the innovation in the information service of the scientific research institutions by combining with the demands of the scientific research personnel on the information service,and sums up the innovative experience in the information service in libraries from the exploitation of the Internet resources,the collection of regional literature to develop libraries collections,the use of advantages of talents in the institutions,and the establishment of training incentive mechanism.
