摘　　要：新建本科院校向应用转型是我国高等教育分类发展和系统质量提升必须面对的重大时代课题。本文提出新建本科院校应重点从转换顶层设计、破解前置难题和深化教学改革三个方面入手,着力解决若干基本问题,才能在高等学校分类定位中突破障碍、顺利转型并持续发展。It＇s a major topic for newly-established colleges reforming to application-oriented ones in this time that Chinese higher education has to face in order to realize category development and quality improvement.We believe that newly-established colleges should focus on three areas： converting top-level design,cracking pre-problems and deepening teaching reform,and make efforts solve some basic problems in order to break barriers,smooth transition and sustainable development in classification and location of higher institutes.
