闽台高校后勤管理服务比较分析及反思

摘　　要：当前高校后勤社会化改革中暴露出的管理体制和运行机制等深层次的问题给进一步推动后勤社会化改革带来了诸多困惑和阻力。比较分析了闽台两地高校后勤管理服务,指出台湾的高校校务管理服务水平国际视野较宽,其科学化民主化程度较高,福建高校后勤改革可借鉴其先进经验,探索高校后勤改革的新思路。Currently, some deep-rooted problems （ such as management system and operation mechanism） are revealed in the university logistical socialization reform and become the obstacles to further reform. After making a comparative analysis of university logistic management and service between Fujian and Taiwan, the author holds that universities in Fujian should explore new ideas of logistical socialization reform and draw lessons from advanced experience of Taiwan＇s universities for their higher level of management and service on a more democratic and scientific basis with a wider field of international vision.
