麋鹿细管冻精的制备和应用

摘　　要：麋鹿在全麻醉状态下,进行了电刺激采精,采用天鹿III号稀释液配方稀释精液,在超低温下细管冻精,对精液品质标准检测,2007年至2008年,分别利用同情发情和公鹿试情方法对12头麋鹿进行人工授精,结果表明:麋鹿电刺激成功率100%(12/12),采得的精液品质288d和268d,为麋鹿人工授精技术的推广提供了理论基础。Under the state of general anesthesia,we use the method of electro ejaculation,Tianlu III dilution diluted semen,ultra--low temperature frozen condition,to study Milu＇s semen quality standards. From 2007--2008,we respectively used estrus synchronization and male judge rutting technology methods for artificial insemination of 12 Milu stags.The results showed that：the success rate of electro ejaculation reached 100%（12/12）,seminal fluid quality appeared fineness. Both of the two methods were successful, the pregnancy time respectively was 288d and 268d long,which provided a theoretical basis for artificial insemination technique ＇s promotion of Milu. Application progesterone to estrus synchronization method,insemination 6,conception 1,the pregnancy rate was 16. 7~lusing male judge rutting technology method,insemination 5,conception 1,and the pregnancy rate arrived 20~/0.
