摘　　要：目的:考察处方点评对中药处方书写和合理用药的作用。方法:抽取处方点评前后的门急诊的中成药处方、中药饮片处方和住院医嘱单,按照《处方管理办法》和《医院处方点评管理规范》(试行)的要求进行对照检查。结果:建立处方点评制度后,处方书写的合格率明显提高,合理用药情况也得到改善。结论:实施处方点评制度,有利于规范处方书写,促进医院合理用药水平。Objective： To investigate the effect of prescription comments on traditional Chinese medicine prescription writing and the rational administration.Methods： Extracts the Chinese medicine prescription in Chengdu Hospital of Chinese and Western Integrative Medicine emergency and outpatient department before and after prescription comments,and charges the prescription according to ＂Prescription Management＂ and ＂Comments hospital prescription management practices＂（trial）.Results： After establishing the system of prescription review,the prescription writing and rational administration were significantly improved.Conclusion： Prescription comments may help standardize prescription writing,and promote rational drug use hospital level.
