摘 要:利用热重分析天平,研究非等温燃烧条件下无烟煤、贫煤与高挥发分烟煤的混合煤试样的燃烧特性及其反应动力学参数。考察了不同配比混合煤试样的挥发分初析温度、着火温度、最大燃烧速率和燃尽特性等燃烧特征参数,求出了反应的动力学参数活化能Ea和指前因子A。研究结果表明:随着烟煤配入量的增加,混合煤的挥发分初析温度、着火温度和燃尽温度逐渐降低;当掺混比为1∶1(质量比,下同)时,混合煤的最大燃烧速率处于最小值,存在分级燃烧现象;活化能和指前因子均随混合煤中烟煤比例的增加而降低,存在"动力学补偿效应";烟煤的配入量对无烟煤混合煤的挥发分析出阶段起作用,对固定碳的燃烧阶段作用很小,而对贫煤混合煤的两个阶段均有显著影响。Experimental research on non-isothermal combustion characteristics and dynamic parameters of coal blends were conducted by thermo-gravimetric balance.The combustion characteristics parameters such as ignition temperature,peak temperature at maximum weight loss rate,burnout temperature,and maximum rate of combustion were investigated by thermo-gravimetric analysis and the kinetics parameters of samples in different ratio such as activation energy and the frequency factor were also investigated.The experimental results show that the temperature of releasing rate of volatile,ignition temperature and burnout temperature decrease with the increase of ratio of bituminous coal.The apparent activation energy(Ea) and the frequency factor(A) decrease with increasing of the ratio of bituminous coal in the blend and the "kinetic compensation effect" exists in the two parameters.There also exists an optimum mixture ratio between lean coal and bituminous coal,which is 1∶1.
