摘　　要：目的:探讨异位妊娠治疗后行宫腹腔镜联合手术的疗效。方法:回顾性分析31例有异位妊娠病史的患者进行宫腹腔镜手术治疗的情况。结果:28例患者输卵管疏通,2例获得临床妊娠,妊娠率6.45%。结论:异位妊娠对输卵管有不同程度损伤,经宫腹腔镜治疗后妊娠率较低,需及早助孕治疗。Objective：To explore the curative effect of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy after treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：The clinical data of 31 cases with ectopic pregnancy history receiving laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy were analyzed retrospectively.Results：28 patients had unobstructed fallopian tubes,2 patients got pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 6.45%.Conclusion：Ectopic pregnancy can harm fallopian tubes in different degrees,the pregnancy rate is low after laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy,these patients need ART as early as possible.
