中医中药促进广泛子宫全切术后膀胱功能恢复作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过测定患者血清中神经生长因子(Nerve Growth Factor,NGF)表达的含量,探讨中医中药在促进广泛子宫全切术后膀胱功能恢复中的作用。方法:选取2006年3月～2008年12月32例行广泛子宫切除术患者为研究对象,分为实验组(术后用中药及针灸治疗)和对照组(术后未做特殊处理),B超测量膀胱残余尿量,ELISA法测定实验组与对照组术前和术后血清NGF的表达。结果:实验组残余尿量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组尿管拔除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血清NGF术前术后均有表达,术后第1天血清NGF含量均高于术前,术后第7天实验组高于对照组(P<0.05),术前和术后第1天两组血清NGF表达差异无统计学意义。结论:中医中药可以提高广泛子宫全切术后NGF的表达量,能够减少残余尿量,促进术后膀胱功能恢复,降低尿潴留发生率。Objective：To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on promotion of recovery of bladder function after total hysterectomy by detecting the content of nerve growth factor（NGF） in serum.Methods：32 patients who received total hysterectomy from March 2006 to December 2008 were selected as study objects,then they were divided into experimental group（treated with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture and moxibustion after operation） and control group（without any special treatment after operation）,B-ultrasound was used to measure the residual urine volume of bladder,ELISA was used to detect the expression levels of NGF in the two groups before and after operation.Results：The residual urine volume in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）;the removal rate of urethral catheter in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）;NGF expressed in the two groups before and after operation,the serum NGF content on the first day after operation was significantly higher than that before operation;on the seventh day after operation,the serum NGF content in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）;before operation and on the first day after operation,there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine can increase the expression level of NGF after total hysterectomy,reduce residual urine volume,promote the recovery of bladder function and decrease the incidence of urinary retention.
