摘 要:目的:借助CT 的薄层骨窗扫描技术和三维重建技术,寻找一种新的颅中窝径路内听道(internalauditory canal,IAC) 的定位方法。方法:首先对20 例成人干颅标本进行薄层骨窗CT扫描、测量并进行三维CT(3DCT) 重建;然后进行显微颞骨解剖、测量;最后进行模拟手术。结果:显微测量与CT 测量密切相关。结论:在确定的平面上,过颧弓根做与冠状轴成α角的连线,在此线上向内移行距离d 即定位出IAC。本研究通过CT 扫描测量与三维CT重建技术,术前就可以了解每位病人的具体颞骨解剖特点,根据测量的准确数据,就能够精确定位IAC,从而达到“一人一定位”的目标,弥补了传统定位方法的不足。Objective: To find a new method that locates internal auditory canal (IAC) by using thin cut CT scans and 3 dimensional computed tomographic (3DCT) reconstruction techniques in the middle cranial fossa. Methods: 20 dry skulls were measured through the images obtained from thin cut bone window CT scans, and 3DCT reconstruction were performed with 3DCT software. Then temporal bones were dissected and measured, and simulation surgery was performed. Results: The measurements through dissection are close, correlated with those determined by CT. Conclusion: On the reference plane, draw the line that passes the zygomatic root and forms the angle “α” with the midcoronal line, move the distance “ d ” along the line towards the inside, then locate the IAC. It is found that the IAC can be located precisely and the goal “one patient, one localization” can be reached by relying on the scanning of CT and 3DCT reconstruction techniques in the middle cranial fossa. This method also compensates for the defects of the traditional methods of locating the IAC in the middle cranial fossa. [
