摘　　要：对1朵花冠为乳白色的中国南瓜花经保存及遗传分析表明,白花性状受1对隐性核基因控制,可将其作为1个标志性状,应用于南瓜品种或自交系的保纯及F1的制种上在初花期就可淘汰自然杂交植株,进而简化制种程序,提高种子纯度,降低制种成本。该性状在杂种优势利用中有良好的应用前景。The preservation and genetic analysis of a pumpkin flower with milky corolla indicated that the white flower trait was controlled by a pair of recessive genes.Taken as a marker trait,the white flower trait could be applied in the preservation of pure pumpkin varieties and self-bred lines and F1 seed production,so as to weed out natural hybrid plants in the initial bloom stage,simplify seed production procedure,enhance seed purity and decrease seed costs.This trait had favourable application prospect in the heterosis utilization.
