摘 要:为探索更适于现代烟草农业烘烤发展需要的装烟方式方法,以密集烤房传统绑竿装烟方式为对照,对烟夹夹持(窄夹、宽夹)和散叶堆积(散叶框栏、散叶插签、散叶堆烟)装烟方式的配套设备成本、烤后烟叶质量和采烤用工成本进行了对比分析。结果表明:散叶堆积装烟方式中的散叶插签、散叶堆烟法设备成本较传统绑竿法低,且烟叶均价提高0.48~0.54元/kg,采烤用工成本均减少1.41元/kg,烘烤收益增加1.85~1.91元/kg干烟,节本省工、增值效果明显。其中,散叶堆积装烟方式节本增效最好,符合现代烟草农业烘烤工厂集约化、规模化和规范化发展的要求。The equipment cost,tobacco quality,curing and labor cost of different leaf loading patterns in the bulk curing barn were compared to explore the optimum leaf loading pattern for modern tobacco development.The results showed that the equipment cost of dispersed leaves stack and dispersed leaves with a stick patterns was lower than that of the traditional binding pattern with a rod,but the average price of tobacco leaves and economic benefit increased by 0.48~0.54 Yuan/kg and 1.85~1.91 Yuan/kg dry leaves respectively and the labor cost reduced by 1.41 Yuan/kg compared with the traditional binding pattern with a rod.The dispersed leaves stack pattern with the best cost-saving and synergism can accord with requirement of intensification,scale and standardization in modern tobacco curing process.
