贵州烟草漂浮苗的花叶病毒带毒率

摘　　要：为了培育无病毒烟苗,做好预防工作及应急补救措施,降低烟草花叶病毒(TMV)大田危害风险,采用酶联免疫法对2011年贵州毕节、赫章、松桃、盘县、普安、思南、大方、金沙、遵义、务川、凤冈、德江12个县市的烟草漂浮苗916个样品TMV带毒率进行了检测。结果表明,大方、金沙、遵义、务川、凤冈和德江6县烟苗的TMV检出率为0,毕节、赫章、思南、松桃、盘县和普安6县(市)的TMV检出率分别为8.89%、4.90%、1.53%、4.44%、2.22%和2.22%,全省烟苗样品的TMV平均检出率为2.02%。漂浮苗带毒率与育苗棚管理水平密切相关,管理不善的漂浮苗TMV携带率较高。In order to breed healthy tobacco,prevent and remedy the occurrence of tobacco mosaic virus（TMV）,and reduce the hazard risk in the field,TMV in tobacco floating seedlings in Guizhou Province in 2011 was detected using ELISE.There were 916 samples,which were collected from 12 different cities,including Bijie,Hezhang,Songtao,Panxian,Pu＇an,Sinan,Dafang,Jinsha,Zunyi,Wuchuan,Fenggang and Dejiang.The results showed that the TMV detection rates of these cities were 8.89%,4.90%,4.44%,2.22%,2.22%,1.53%,0,0,0,0,0 and 0,respectively.And the average detection rate was 2.02%.The tobacco floating seedling TMV positive percentage was related to the management level.The TMV positive percentage was higher for those tobacco floating seedlings at a poorer management.
