纳米银对烟草病毒的体外抑制作用

摘　　要：为弄清纳米银对烟草病毒病是否具有抑制作用,采用半叶接种法,研究了纳米银对烟草病毒的体外防抑作用。结果表明:微波纳米银对TMV、CMV和PVY 3种单一病毒的体外抑制效果显著,电解纳米银对CMV和PVY的单一病毒的体外抑制效果显著。在3种病毒的复合侵染试验中,微波纳米银对TMV-CMV体外复合侵染的抑制效果显著,电解纳米银对TMV-CMV-PVY体外复合侵染的抑制效果显著。与克毒宝相比,纳米银的防效与其相差不大,有的甚至优于克毒宝。随着化学农药在植物体内积累、残留问题的日益严重,作为新型抗菌剂的纳米银,具有强大的抗菌活性、无耐药性和高安全性,在烟草病毒防治领域有良好的应用前景。The inhibitory effects of nanometer silver on tobacco virus disease were investigated by semi-leaf inoculation method.The results showed that MW-nm-silver had significant inhibitory effects on TMV,CMV and PVY,respectively.E-nm-silver had significant inhibitory effects on in vitro CMV and PVY,respectively.In the coinfection experiment of the three viruses,MW-nm-silver had significant inhibitory effects on in vitro TMV and CMV,respectively.E-nm-silver had significant inhibitory effects on in vitro coinfection of TMV,CMV and PVY,and also had significant inhibitory effects on the coinfection of TMV and PVY.There was no much difference of the inhibitory effects between nanometer silver and fintox,while the inhibitory effects of nanometer silver was much better than that of fintox on some viruses.With the accumulation of pesticides in plants,the problem of pesticide residue was becoming more and more serious.As a new type germicide,nanometer silver possessed strong antiseptic activity,no chemical resistance and high safety,and had a good prospect of application in the field of prevention of tobacco viruses.
