摘  要:为筛选出脱色能力强的微生物降解菌,并确定其最佳降解条件,对小溪国家级自然保护区采集的20株担子菌及20个腐木样品进行甲基橙脱色菌的筛选,并分析了染料初始浓度、pH和金属离子对脱色率的影响。结果表明:木质素白腐菌Ceriporia sp.HN-1脱色能力较强。最适染料脱色浓度为80~100mg/L,最佳染料pH为5~7,Zn2+、Cu2+、Mn2+和Fe2+的浓度分别为0.001 5mmol/L、0.001 5mmol/L、0.1mmol/L和0.15mmol/L。Twenty basidiomycetes and twenty rot wood samples from Xiaoxi Nature Reserve were chosen to screen methyl orange-degrading fungi.Then the analyses on the effects of initial dye concentration,pH and metal ions on the decolorization of methyl orange by Ceriporia sp.HN-1 were carried out.The results showed that Ceriporia sp.HN-1 had the most efficient decolorization among the colleted fungi.The optimal dye concentration was 80~100mg/L,optimal pH for decolorization was 5~7,and the optimal concentration of Zn2+,Cu2+,Mn2+,Fe2+ were 0.0015mmol/L,0.0015mmol/L,0.1mmol/L,0.15mmol/L respectively.
