激素对大约克母猪人工催情与同期发情的效果

摘　　要：为筛选出适合毕节地区环境和饲养条件的母猪发情控制技术,进行了不同激素对乏情青年母猪和经产母猪的同期发情处理试验。结果表明,孕马血清促性腺激素(Pregnant mare serum gonadotropin,PMSG)和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(Human chorionic gonadotrophin,HCG)对生理性乏情母猪的人工催情效果最明显,发情率达66.7%;三合激素对子宫发育不良青年母猪的效果较好,发情率达44.4%;对经产母猪进行同期发情处理,用PMSG 600+HCG、苯甲酸雌二醇(Estradiol benzoate,E2)+HCG的效果最好,发情率均达100%。The anestrous and multiparous sows were treated with different hormones to screen the suitable estrous control technique in sows under local environment and feeding conditions in Bijie Prefecture.The results showed that pregnant mare serum gonadotropin（PMSG） and human chorionic gonadotrophin（HCG） had the significant effect on artificial estrus of the anestrous sows and the estrus rate could reach 66.7%.The tristeronum composition had the good effect on artificial estrus of young sows with hypoplasia of uterus and the estrus rate reached 44.4%.The estrus rate of the multiparous sows treated with PMSG 600 ＋ HCG and E2 ＋ HCG could reach 100%.
