摘  要:九江电厂四期扩建工程受扩建场地、出线走廊条件制约,需合厂运行,但电厂装机规模的增加对局部电网的运行产生很大影响,电网分层分区、短路电流限制、安全稳定控制等问题必须考虑和解决。本文提出的九江电厂四期"合厂分站"的接入系统方案很好的适应了电网分层分区的需要,对限制短路电流、提高安全稳定水平起到积极的作用,遵循了"简化电厂接线,分散外接电源,分层分区接入"原则。采用EEAC法,重点论证了"合厂分站"方案对提高九江地区暂态稳定水平的作用,体现了电源分散外接的重要性。The blending of the third and fourth phase of Jiujiang power plant is necessary with the restriction of extended site and line corridors.The scale enlargement of the plants will has a great impact on the operation of local electric network and the problems about delamination and districting of power grid,short-circuit current limitation and security and stability control must be solved.The solution of blending plants and splitting bus for the fourth phase of Jiujiang power plant follows the principles such as simplified wiring,distributing the external source and the access of power plants to grid by layers and zones.This paper has fully proved the role of the solution in improving transient stability of power system with EEAC method and the significance of distributing the external source.
