摘　　要：目的比较不同的炮制方法对灰毡毛忍冬中有效成分绿原酸含量的影响,为灰毡毛忍冬的炮制方法提供理论依据。方法采用十八烷基键合硅胶拄,流动相为乙腈:0.5%磷酸溶液,检测波长325nm。结果不同的炮制方法对灰毡毛忍冬中绿原酸的含量影响差异较大。结论该方法准确、稳定、可靠,可为灰毡毛忍冬炮制提供实验依据。Objective To compare different processing methods and research the content in lonicera macranthoides by HPLC. Methods Chlorogenic acid was separated on spherisorh C18 column hy using acetonitrile：water：phosphoric acid,detected at 325nm.Results The content of chlorogenic acid was different with different processing methods.Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive,dependable and can provide theoretical basis for processing of Lonicera macranthoides.
