摘　　要：在所有介入放射学涉及的医学领域中,血管造影在创伤中的作用可能是被最广泛接受且争议最少的。它是一种敏感、准确、安全的评价周围血管损伤的方法。动脉造影检查小血管损伤的能力与无创性血管检查及体检相比具有明显的优势。Of all the ar-eas ofmedicine to which interventional radiology has contributed , its role in trauma is probably the most widely accepted and least controversial. It is a sensitive, accurate, and safe method for evaluating patients with suspected peripheral vascular injuries. The ability of arteriography to detect minor arterial lesions represents a clear advantage over noninvasive testing and physi-cal examination.
