新疆地区各型病毒性肝炎中的HGV感染及临床初步观察

摘　　要：为了解新疆各型病毒性肝炎病人感染庚型肝炎病毒情况,我们用合成多肽抗原制备的试剂检测了78例各型病毒性肝炎患者血清和5例ALT升高的产妇及其所生新生儿血清抗HGV,并对HGV感染者的部分临床表现初步观察,检测结果表明,在34例非甲～戊型肝炎中检出抗HGV阳性12例(37.5％),17例乙型肝炎中检出5例(29.4％),29例丙型肝炎中检出11例(37.9％),2例ALT升高产妇及其所生新生儿抗HGV阳性。Method We detected anti-HGV by ELISA in 78 patients with viral hepatitis and in 5 mothers and their newborn babies with abnormal ALT levels. Results anti-HGV were positive in 12(37.5%) of 34 HNA-E, 5(29.4%) of 17 HB and 11 (37.9%) of 29 HC, respectively. Anti-HGV was mainly detected in young and middle(15—59 years old) age patients with hepatitis. The results indicated that the HGV infection was quite serious in Xinjiang of China. By the clinical survey of HGV infection, we considered that HGV as an independent virus could result in acute or chronic hepatitis, even cirrhosis, and more than half HGV infection patients had coinfection and superinfection with HBV or HCV. (dual infection). Especially, superinfection in chronic hepatitis was one of the factors causing hepatitis worsen. We noted that 7 cases of 8 HC with HGV infection after the treatment of IFN-α 2b showed transient response and easily relapse. The clinical obsevation indicated that HC with HGV infection may be one of the factors of relapse after IFN treatment. The survey of blood transfussion in 28 patients with HGV infection showed that 20 patients had the experience of blood transfussion. This indicated that HGV was mainly transmitted by the means of blood transfussion. but may be also spreaded by other ways. We detected anti-HGV in 2 of ALT increased mothers and their newborn babies. It indicated that HGV can be transmitted from mother to baby and the unknown reasons of increased ALT in pregnancy may be associated with HGV infection.
