摘 要:目的探讨改进后的住院-家庭一体化糖尿病教育管理模式的实用性和有效性。方法将86例老年糖尿病患者按其入院时间单双号分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组采用住院-家庭一体化糖尿病教育管理模式;观察组实施改进后的教育模式,即评估患者知识和技能,明确其目前最需解决的问题,少量分次讲授急需知识,出院前进行效果评价制定随访教育方案。结果两组患者在实施教育6个月后遵医行为改变及临床指标比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),观察组达到教育目标所用时间和教育次数显著少于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论改进后的住院-家庭一体化糖尿病教育管理模式在有效达到教育目标的同时可显著提高教育效率。Objective To study efficacy and practicability of modified hospital-family integration education model in diabetic patients. Methods Eighty-six aged diabetic patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to odd or even numbers of date of admission.Intergration of hospital-family model was used in the control group.Modified model was used in the observation group: patients′ knowledge and skill level were assessed,the problems which needed prompt solution were identified,and the knowledge they needed were taught frequently and bit by bit.Follow-up education program for each group was made at discharge. Results At 6th month,patients′ compliance behaviors had no significant changes in the 2 groups,nor did the clinical indicators(P0.05 for all).But the observation group devoted less time and were less frequently involved into the education program than the control group when they achieved a specific goal(P0.01 for both). Conclusion Modified hospital-family integration education model can significantly improve efficiency in diabetic education.
