摘　　要：2011年3月11日14时46分,日本东北部海域发生里氏9.0级地震并引发海啸,造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。那么,正逐步步入复苏通道的日本经济是否能承担起灾后重建和经济复苏的重任?日本"3.11"大地震所带来的严重影响是否会波及周边国家乃至世界经济的发展?本文将逐一进行分析。At 14∶ 46 local time on March 11,2011,in northeastern Japan Sea,a massive earthquake measuring 9.0 on the Richter scale occurred and triggered a tsunami,which has inflicted heavy casualties and property losses.Could the Japanese economy which is gradualling coming back bear the heavy task of the post-disaster reconstruction and econmic recovery？ Will the serious impact from the ＂3·11＂ earthquake spread to the neighboring countries and affect the development of world economy？ This paper analyzes these issues one by one.
