企业竞争力系统重构的价值分析

摘　　要：从系统论的观点看,企业是由竞争单元通过相互作用构成并实现自身竞争力的一个有机合力体(称之为企业竞争力系统)。企业竞争力系统具有动态性、可重构性的特征。在其重构过程中,通过价值分析,系统以尽可能低的成本实现竞争单元应有的功能,并对自身进行全面地优化,从而增强企业的竞争力。From the system theory point of view,the enterprise is a united organism composed of competition units interacted to achieve its own competitiveness（this paper describes it as the system of enterprise competitiveness）.The system of enterprise competitiveness has dynamic and reconfigurable features.This paper applies the relevant principles of value engineering to the study of the system of enterprise competitiveness.It follows that,in its reconfiguration process,the system can spend the cost as low as possible in achieving the essential function of competition units by the means of value analysis and completely optimize itself,thereby enhancing the enterprise competitiveness.
