摘　　要：目的探讨女性膀胱颈梗阻的治疗方法。方法对136例女性保守治疗无效的膀胱颈梗阻患者患者行经尿道膀胱颈电切术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 136例经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗后,手术有效率90.4%。术后最大尿流率增大,残余尿减少。随访3例出现轻度的尿失禁,13例排尿困难症状无明显改善。无尿道阴道瘘发生。结论经尿道膀胱颈电切术是治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的首选治疗方案。Objective To discuss the treatment of 136 cases of female bladder neck obstruction Methods Clinical data of 136 cases of transnrethral resection of bladder neck for the treatment of female bladder neck obstruction were retrospectively analyzed,the cases were conservative treatment ineffectiveness Results Mter operation of the 136 eases of female bladder neck obstruction The overall effective rate was 90,4%0 the Qmax increased and the residual urine decreased follow-- up visit, 3 cases had mild urinary incontinence 13 cases had difficult micturition still nobody had urethrovaginalfistulao Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder neck is a safe and effective method to treat female bladder neck obstruction. It was the first choice for female bladder neck obstruction.
