摘  要:通过分析板翅式换热器的传热与流动的原理,推导并获得了多股流板翅式换热器的换热及压降的计算公式。介绍了多股流换热器的传热计算数学模型,并在程序中实现了换热器的设计计算。在分析比较前人研究成果的基础上,提出了通道分配与排布的原则和相应的设计计算方法。提供了换热器横向导热控制的新思路,利用通道排布的周期性改善隔板温度的分布,再采用手段控制隔板温度的波动幅值,在一定程度下可以趋近等壁温的效果,可以有效减少横向导热。设计了用于实验的换热器试件并验证了设计的合理性。By analyzing the principle of heat transfer and flow in plate-fin heat exchanger,the calculation formulas of heat transfer and pressure drop are derived.This paper introduces a mathematical model of heat transfer computing in multi-stream heat exchanger,and achieves the design calculation through program.Based on the analysis and comparison of results of previous researches,a principle of passage arrangement and the corresponding calculation method is proposed.A new idea to control the transverse conduction is provided.The periodic passage arrangement improves the temperature profile of separating plates.By taking means to control the amplitude of temperature fluctuation of separating plate,to a certain extent,the temperature profile of separating plates can be close to the constant surface temperature condition and can reduce the transverse heat conduction effectively.A heat exchanger is designed for the experiment,and proved to be rational through professional software.
