摘　　要：目的:研制一种用于腹腔镜手术的专用纱布装置,克服目前腹腔镜手术中纱布进出穿刺套管困难等问题。方法:该装置由推送部分和纱布组成。通过推拉推送部分可使纱布被推出或拉进套管,从而使整个套管很容易进出穿刺套管。结果:在推送部分的配合下,纱布可以顺畅地通过穿刺套管。在腹腔中不需要调整纱布的形状,就可以达到术区除血的目的。结论:该装置结构简单、操作方便,可以减少手术的时间,增加手术的安全性。Objective To develop a kind of special gauze device used in laparoscopic surgery which can overcome the difficulty for gauze to get in and out of puncture cannula and other defects at present.Methods The device was composed of pushing part and the gauze,with the former pushing the latter in or out of the puncture cannula.Results With the gauze device,the blood depositing in the operation area could be cleaned without adjustment of gauze shape.Conclusion This device,being simple and easy-to-operate,can reduce operation time and improve operation safety.
