摘　　要：目的:对应用DR系统拍摄颈椎动力性侧位的效果进行评估。方法:应用科室现有的飞利浦改装DR X线摄片机拍摄颈椎动力性侧位(站立颈椎过屈过伸侧位)片。结果:2 a时间内共拍摄颈椎动力性侧位患者200例。结论:应用DR系统后,摄影曝光时间缩短,患者体位移动影像模糊几率降低,提高了颈椎动力侧位片的影像质量。Objective To evaluate the application value of DR for cervical dynamic lateral graphy.Methods Philips DR X-ray machine was modified to take cervical dynamic lateral films.Results Two hundred patients were selected as the subjects to take films.Conclusion DR system,with short exposure time,can reduce the probability of position moving artifacts and enhance the quality of cervical dynamic lateral graphy.
