安普贴贴敷治疗静脉输液所致浅表静脉炎的临床护理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨安普贴对静脉输液所致的浅表静脉炎治疗疗效。方法:对2008年10月至2010年10月输液部位出现表浅静脉炎的44例患者分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用硫酸镁湿敷,实验组采用安普贴贴敷。结果:实验组应用安普贴治疗表浅静脉炎有效率为92%,对照组治疗表浅静脉炎有效率为79.3%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安普贴贴敷治疗浅表静脉炎的临床效果显著,减轻了护士工作量,患者易于接受,无副作用,减轻了患者的痛苦。Objective To investigate the curing effects of algoplaque on superficial phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion.Methods Fourth-four patients suffered from superficial phlebitis in the Vascular Department of the PLA General Hospital were divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with algoplaque films,while the control group was wet compressed with magnesium sulfate.Results The effective power of the experimental group treated with algoplaque was 92%,while the one of the control group was79.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion With a good effect of alleviating the pain and without obvious side effects,algoplaque appears to have an significant effect on the treatment of superior phlebitis.It can easily be accepted by the patients and helps to reduce the workload of nurses.
