辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血浆纤维蛋白原水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:测定2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平,并观察辛伐他汀(Sim)对其影响.方法:应用比浊法测定21例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者(观察组)和22例健康查体者(NC组)血浆Fg水平.观察组中8例患者用Sim(5mg,qn,po)治疗,治疗4wk后观察Sim对Fg和血胆固醇(TC)及血甘油三酯(TG)的影响.结果:21例患者血浆Fg水平均显著高于NC组(P<0.01).8例患者经过Sim 4 wk治疗后,血浆Fg水平由(2.70±0.66)g/L下降至(2.44±0,51)g/L(P<0.05),TC由(6.37±0.87)mmol/L降至(5.60±0.71)mmol/L(P<0.05),TG下降无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:糖尿病合并高脂血症患者体内Fg水平明显升高,Sim能降低其血浆Fg水平.AIM:To measure the plasma fibrinogen (Fg)levels in type 2 diabetes patients with hyperlipemia and to investigate the effects of simvastatin (Sim) on the levels of Fg. METHODS:The plasma Fg levels of 21 type 2 diabetics patients with hyperlipemia and 22 normal control subjects (NO were measured by immunoturbidimetry. And 8 patients all females were treated by Sim(5 mg,qn,po)for 4 wk. RESULTS:It was showed that the levels of Fg in diabetic patients with hyperlipemia were significantly higher than that in NC group (P<0. 01). After the treatment by Sim,the levels of Fg were decreased form (2.70±0.66) g/L to (2.44±0.51)g/L (P<0. 05),the concentration of total cholesterol (TC) decreased from (6.37±0.87)mmol/L to (5.60±0.71)mmol/L(P<0.01) , but that of triglycerides (TG) didn't decrease significantly. CONCLUSION:The results suggest that the Fg levels in diabetes mellitus patients with hyperlipemia increase significantly,Sim can decrease the levels of Fg.
