摘 要:介绍了发热保温冒口的优点、冒口计算方法以及铸钢件和球铁件发热保温冒口的设计原则。阐述了FM100系列发热保温冒口、FE700高强发热补缩冒口的适用范围以及使用效果,例举了发热保温冒口在球铁轿车涡轮壳、球铁车桥铸件、铸钢车桥铸件上的应用情况。通过计算认为,发热保温冒口的使用不但不会增加生产成本,还可带来经济效益。The advantages of exothermic-insulated riser over the ordinary riser,design methods of exothermic riser including modulus method,proportion method and computer solidification simulation method,as well as the application principle of exothermic-insulated riser to the steel and nodular iron casting were introduced.The applicable range and effects of FM100 series exothermic-insulated riser and FE700 series high strength exothermic riser were described.The successful application examples of exothermic-insulated riser to the car-used nodular iron turbine casing,nodular iron rear axle housing were given.It was showed by calculation analysis that usage of the exothermic-insulated riser not only didn't increase the production cost,and could also bring economic effect to the clients.
