摘　　要：用间接免疫荧光方法，将神经肽Ｙ Ｙ１ 受体免疫反应物质（ＬＩ）定位于大鼠腰段背根节小神经元和脊髓Ⅱ层神经元近细胞膜处。用共聚焦显微术显示背根神经元中Ｙ１ 受体－ＬＩ呈点状分布于神经元表面。在电子显微镜下发现Ｙ１ 受体－ＬＩ主要定位于背根节小神经元细胞膜下被膜囊泡、内在小体和管状池，有时也定位于细胞膜上。在脊髓Ⅱ层中，Ｙ１ 受体－ＬＩ定位于神经元细胞膜，许多树突为Ｙ１ 受体阳性，与未被标记的轴突终末形成突触；Ｙ１ 受体－ＬＩ主要定位于突触后膜以外的细胞膜，只有在少数情况下定位在突触后膜。表明在大鼠背根节小神经元中Ｙ１ 受体为胞体受体，并参与受体内在化过程；在脊髓背角神经元中，Ｙ１ 受体是连接后／突触后受体。By using the indirect immunofluorescence method, neuropeptide Y Y 1 receptor like immunoreactivity (LI) was localized close to the plasmalemma of small neurons in lumbar dorsal root ganglia (DRGs) and of neurons in lamina Ⅱ of the lumbar spinal cord. Y 1 receptor LI was visualized in DRG neurons as many dot like structures on the surface by confocal microscopy. Under the electron microscope, these structures were revealed to be composed of coated vesicles, endosomes and tubular cisternae, sometimes in the plasmalemma. Y 1 receptor LI was localized in the plasmalemma of the neurons in lamina Ⅱ of the spinal cord. Many dendrites were Y 1 receptor positive and some of them made synaptic contacts with unstained axonal terminals. Y 1 receptor LI was mainly localized in the membrane outside the postsynaptic density; however, in a few cases the labeling was seen in this zone. The data show that in the rat the Y 1 receptor is a somatic receptor on small DRG neurons and is involved in receptor internalization processes. In the spinal dorsal horn the Y 1 receptor is a postjunctional/postsynaptic receptor on lamina Ⅱ neurons.
