EFFECTS OF NGF ON NOS POSITIVE NEURONS OF STRIATUM AND HIPPOCAMPUS IN BURNED RATS

摘  要:应用NADPH-d 酶组织化学方法,观察了大鼠烫伤后脑内NOS阳性神经元数目和阳性反应面积的变化及NGF对其影响。结果显示:大鼠体表烫伤后3 天,纹状体NOS阳性神经元数目明显增加,染色呈强阳性,阳性反应面积增加。海马的NOS阳性神经元数变化不明显,仅见阳性反应面积增加,NGF可降低纹状体的NOS阳性神经元数目、阳性反应面积,NOS阳性神经元着色较淡;海马的NOS阳性反应面积减少,NGF的作用与L-NAME抑制NOS的作用相似。这些结果提示,NGF可能通过降低NOS活性,从而减轻烫伤引起的神经元损伤。Effects of NGF on nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons of striatum and hippocampus in burned rats were investigated with nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH d) enzyme histochemical staining. The results showed that the number of NOS positive neurons was significantly increased, the staining was intense and the positive area was increased in striatum. The NOS positive area in hippocampus was also enlarged after burn, although the number of positive neurons did not increase significantly. The effect could be attenuated after using NGF, which was similar to L NAME, a inhibitor to nitric oxide synthase. The above results indicated that NGF could relieve neuron injury after burn through decreasing production of NO.
