传染病医院慢性乙型肝炎住院患者心理状态的质性研究

摘　　要：目的深入了解传染病医院慢性乙型肝炎患者住院期间的心理状态。方法以质性研究中Edmund Husserl观点构成的现象学方法为指导,采用个人访谈法,深入访问在某传染病医院肝病科住院的8名慢性乙型肝炎患者。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理状态包括6个主题:(1)焦虑和忧郁心理;(2)孤独寂寞感;(3)对疾病和治疗的不确定感;(4)无奈,勉强接受;(5)自卑,极度敏感;(6)患者角色习惯化。结论通过提出针对性的护理干预措施,改善传染病住院的慢性乙型肝炎患者健康心理状态,以配合治疗、检查、护理的顺利进行,并且在出院后保持健康的积极向上的生活方式和高质量的生活。Objective To probe into the psychological state of patients with chronic hepatitis B in a hospital for infectous diseases. Methods Guided by the qualitative phenomenological method in view of Edmund Husserl＇s phenomenology points,personal interview method was adopted to perform an in-depth interview to visit 8 patients with chronic hepatitis B in department of liver diseases in a hospital for infectious diseases. Results The psychological state of patients with chronic hepatitis B included 6 themes： the anxiety and depression ;lonely feeling; the sense of uncertainty to disease and treatment ;helplessness,barely tol erated will; inferiority,hypersensity; habitualization of patient＇s role. Conclusion The directive nursing intervention measures are proposed to improve the healthy psychological state in patients with chronic hepatitis B in a hospital for infectious diseases in order to cooperate cure, examination and smooth nursing, as well as keep healthy and as well as keep healthy, positive lifestyle and high quality life after discharge.
